2 Great Mission Opportunities (Adults, Youth and/or Families)

Camp Daniel (located 2.5 north from here—near Athelstane) is a ministry that provides people with special needs the opportunity for personal, social and spiritual growth.  For 4 years members of St. Paul have been helping to meet the physical needs of the camp while also providing volunteers to assist and volunteer with the summer camp portion of the ministry.  Please consider joining us for one of the following experiences:

Opportunity 1: A Weekend of Service (May 25-28)

Bring your family or come be adopted for the weekend as we serve together. There are jobs for people of all ages and abilities: from construction, prep for crafts, yard work, cooking and anything in between. Please sign up in the Gathering Area by April 8 if you are interested in this trip. Contact Micah Weidner with questions: mweidner@cesa1.k12.wi.us or 715.210.5692.

Opportunity 2: Summer Camp Service (July 29-Aug 4)

Adult or Youth (14 and older) can serve for a week. Opportunities include Counselors, Kitchen Staff, Pit Crew or Nurse. Counselors work 1:1-2 with campers with special needs. Kitchen staff helps prepare/clean-up food. Pit Crew helps clean and run activities, as well as have down time to build relationships. If you are interested, please contact Jeff Diener by May 15.
