Ministries - Small Group ~  "growing relationships with christ"

WHAT IS A SMALL GROUP? A small group within the church is from three to twelve people who meet regularly together with the goal of Christian growth and fellowship.  Learn and apply God's way through Bible Study - Develop meaningful Christian friendships - Pray together and offer praise to God - Reach out to others.  We believe one of the best ways to help people grow in their faith is through the ministry of a small group. Jesus believed in a small group!  He gathered twelve men close to Him to disciple them. Small groups are an opportunity to get to know other Christians in a relaxed environment as you study the Bible and grow in your faith. Small groups provide a safe place to share life's joys and struggles and encouragement to live as a Christian. Small groups help fulfill the mission and vision of St. Paul. "Let us not give up meeting together...let us encourage one another...? Heb. 10:25

LARGE GROUP/SMALL GROUPS Forming for "Life's Healing Choices" begins in February 2010.  Feb. 7-Sun. 9:15 in Rm. 108, Feb. 7-Sun. Eve. @ Pr. Mark's house, Feb. 10-Wed. Eve. 6-7 pm in Rm. 100 & Feb. 6-Sat. AM Men's Group 9-10 am in Rm. 100.  Please pre-register with Marlene Weckwerth (information above.)

Service Idea for January-  Time & Talent Celebration Dinner on March 20th - groups to look into being creative with talents or putting a basket together for the silent & live auctions.
