Ministries  Volunteer

Spiritual Gift.
Taking a Spiritual Gifts Inventory encourages faithful use of these blessings which each Christian has received through Christ.  This is taught in 1 Peter 4:10 ["The prophets carefully researched and investigated this salvation. Long ago they spoke about God's kindness that would come to you."] Peter is saying that each one of us should use whatever gift(s) we have received to serve others, faithfully administering God's grace in its various forms.  What are God's plans for you?

Our spiritual gifts process encourages each believer at St. Paul Lutheran Church to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ and to utilize our spiritual gifts together with fellow believers (unity) to carry out the mission God has given us in the great commission (Matthew 28:19-20).
Everyone is at a different level of readiness for serving - this is a beginning process to ready yourself and begin on your path of serving or maybe reaffirm that you are already serving where God has led you.
We're setting down a foundation for serving our Lord and Savior.  One way to set down that foundation for our church is to find out what God the Holy Spirit has in mind for us.

Our prayer is that you will find joy and blessing in discovering how you've been gifted and that you will use your gifts to serve in the ministry of Jesus Christ at St. Paul Lutheran Church, our community and our world.

This is a link to the spiritual gifts inventory program we use. I would like this inventory tool copied/recreated on our new website.  Please let me know if you need any other information in order to do this. Thanks! http://www.stpaullutheranchurch.com/sg_inventory_stpaul.php
