Cooperative VBS

When outdoor fun is combined with solid religious education,
the result is a winning outcome. That is just what Cooperative
Vacation Bible School strives to achieve. Many lessons are
presented in an informal outdoor setting, as are games, snacks
and crafts. The beautiful campus of Sheboygan Lutheran High
School provides an ideal setting for these activities. Everyday
the kids will focus on new lessons and activities.
The 2008 year's theme was entiled "I Am Living With Jesus." During the week children will identify with
some of the many ways Jesus described Himself in the Bible. Jesus said, "I am the Vine," "I am the
Gate," "I am the Light," "I am the Good Shepard," and "I am the Bread of Life," to list a few.
During VBS children were taught what Jesus meant by all these descriptions of Himself through lessons,
skits, songs, crafts and games. It is going to be a fun week.
The 2010 theme is soon to be anounced.
Ages: For children, ages 3 (by 1/1/10) through 6th grade (just completed).
Cost: Early Bird registration is $5 per child. All participants will receive a special VBS shirt.
Sign Up: Registration forms can be found in the Gathering Area along the brochure wall in March.
Location: Sheboygan Lutheran High.
Dates: Tuesday June 15th-Friday June 18th.
Volunteers Needed: Your help in making Co-Op VBS a wonderful success is needed.
Please take the time to fill out the cream colored volunteer form located by the registration forms in the
Gathering area. Both volunteer and registration forms can be dropped off in the church office.
